Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted unless it has been discussed with BigToe Art prior to your purchase.

Exchanges are allowed on non-custom items within 15 days of receiving your item. All shipping is the responsibility of the recipient, and will not be paid by BigToe Art. Exchanges will only be made if the item you are exchanging is unused, and in the condition it was sent to you in. Please contact me if you need return info.
